1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.

2. USER ACCOUNT

You are responsible for:

Protecting your credentials
All activity under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. LICENSE

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Zavara.io under your selected subscription plan.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, trademarks, and technology on Zavara.io are our intellectual property. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the platform.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a license to process it as required to provide the services. We do not use your data for training AI models unless explicitly consented.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing is based on your plan.
All payments are due as per billing cycle.
Late payments may result in suspension.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access for:

Breach of these Terms
Illegal or abusive usage
Non-payment

You can cancel at any time. Data export requests should be made before cancellation.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Zavara.io is provided “as-is”. We do not guarantee:

100% uptime
Specific hiring outcomes
Candidate success

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Loss of data or revenue
Indirect or consequential damages

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
