1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at info@zavara.io.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period.
2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues that severely impact service usability.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please:

- Include your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days
4. REFUND PROCESSING
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions active for more than 14 days
- Any add-on services or one-time purchases

6. DATA RETENTION AFTER CANCELLATION
