1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will retain access to all features until the end of your paid period.
• We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of your subscription period.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues that severely impact service usability.
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions may have different refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please:

• Include your account email, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
• Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days

4. REFUND PROCESSING

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days

5. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
